Processing Time All orders are processed same day, 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. We don't take days off so your order moves fast.

Shipping Time We ship worldwide from our supplier partners. Delivery to the United States typically takes 7–15 business days. International orders may take 14–21 business days depending on location.

Tracking Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $35 to the United States.

Shipping Delays Occasionally shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather, or high order volume. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days please contact us at ksmith@glowhaus.info and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or Stolen Packages Glow Haus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly. We'll do our best to assist you in locating your package.
