At Glow Haus, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. To start a return, email us at ksmith@glowhaus.info with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ksmith@glowhaus.info with a photo of the item. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened skincare tools cannot be returned unless defective.
